Intensive Outpatient

These services combine group and individual sessions to take addiction struggles head-on.

Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) incorporates the Matrix model with an evidence-based model that has been proven to assist participants with being successful in their recovery. Once IOP is completed successfully, participants are then moved to specialized group and individual sessions to further address their personal recovery.

For those who want or require a more intensive treatment option, CenClear’s SUD division offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. Our IOP program uses an evidence-based treatment model know as the Matrix Model, and covers a wide variety of topics critical to developing a comprehensive plan for entering and maintaining recovery. The Matrix Model provides you and, if you should choose, your family with the opportunity to establish an individualized connection with your counselor(s) in a safe and structured setting where you can discuss your needs and work towards recovery with a team that will respect your self-esteem, dignity, and promote self-worth.

Eligibility for these services is determined using the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria, and participants can receive a combination of individual and group therapy for as many as 19 hours per week depending on your individual needs.
