CenClear offers intensive outpatient services (IOP). These services combine groups and individual sessions to take addiction struggles head on. IOP incorporates the Matrix model with is an evidence-based model that has been proven to assist participants with being successful with their recovery. Once IOP is completed successfully, participants are then moved to a specialized group and individual sessions to further address their personal recovery.
The Intensive Outpatient Program is a 90-day non-residential, intensive outpatient program for adults who may be stepping down from inpatient hospitalization, detoxification hospitalization, or a longer term rehabilitation program. IOP is also a step up from outpatient therapy providing structured psychotherapy through increased periods of staff intervention. The program uses a planned curriculum consisting of regularly scheduled treatment sessions that may include individual and/or group sessions at least three days a week for at least 5 hours.All services are designed to enhance personal strengths, improve coping skills, and to assist individuals in their recovery journey. Our Drug and Alcohol Program is a confidential program that can include individual treatment, group therapy, family therapy, Medication Assisted Treatment or a combination of any or all services offered. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of the individuals participating in treatment. Referrals are accepted from social service agencies, courts, schools, families, friends, and self-referrals are also encouraged.Locations:- Brookville Office
