Child Family Resiliency Team
The Child Family Resiliency Team (CFRT) works to prevent out of home placement for children 2nd to 6th grade who have a mental health diagnosis. This is an intensive service that is flexible, responsive and designed to provide a safe, positive, therapeutic and collaborative treatment program.
It is designed to involve both the school and the family to improve the outcomes for youth struggling with serious emotional, social and mental health needs.
